Well! it depends upon your startup and your target market. Being in India myself we see great future out here. Retail Market and many other market segments here are rapidly increasing. But you should be having an extra edge to get instant success by building base while you complete your PHD and not a bad idea building network as you planned. Keep going Vikas i am sure you will attain your desired ideas and turn them to reality.
