- Human Resources and Training Professional with over 15 years in the field. I have worked with major Fortune 500 companies, as well as small, family-owned businesses.
I focus on helping small-mid sized companies that either don't have the need and/or budget to hire their own full-time HR professional. My philosophy is to work closely with the business owners/top executives to help them achieve their business goals. I can assist with all areas of Human Resources including: employee relation issues, complaint resolution, creation/training of policies and procedures, creation/revision of employee handbooks, benefits analysis and set up, HRIS/Payroll system analysis recommendations, compensation plans, performance review processes, and training an all HR related topics.
