My husband and I are in the early stages of creating a barbecue restaurant/catering business.

We're perfecting our recipes, however we lack actual commercial kitchen experience.

Thanks for the question!

Other than experience in my own kitchen, very little! (My husband is the Emeril in the family!)

So, I was hoping to find someone who needed an unpaid prep cook, or someone for general kitchen work on those busier Friday/Saturday nights!
