Does anyone out there recommend an accountant? Needing some advise on setting up my company as an LLC or Corporation!!! I'm starting an online business store then venturing to a store front down the line so I have some questions. Thank A Mil...;0)

www.gosmallbiz.com - provides access to CPAs (and more) who can answer your questions. I posed the same question (LLC, Corporation, Sole Proprietorship or what?), and received great feedback that was very informative and guided me to the right decision based on my needs. Gosmallbiz is a great resource and you might find it advantageoust, oo.

Check The Small Business Administration website - www.sba.gov - as they are chalked full of information as well.

sidenote: I have been interviewing local accountants to maintain our finances and my small business books also. If you receive a great recommendation and it works out for you, please let me know as I might be interested also.
